My thoughts:
Recently Revlon launched a new range of foundation & powder called “Nearly Naked”. I have seen a lot of beauty Youtuber’s use this product and ever since then I wanted to try it out for myself. The whole idea of this range is to provide coverage without making your skin look greasy or cakey.
The Revlon Nearly Naked foundation comes in a simple glass bottle. The major issue that I have with this product is the packaging. It comes without a pump which means I end up wasting a lot of product. In India they have launched this product with only 3 shades (Where as there are more shades available in other countries), The shade I am using “ True Beige” which matches my skin tone perfectly. If you are duskier than me then I would suggest you to go to the nearby Revlon counter and see if it matches your skin tone. Coming to the texture, the foundation feels runny and almost water like, which gives it a light weight feel. It provides a light coverage which is great for daily use. If you use this product with any powder or the Nearly Naked Powder it gives a medium coverage. The formula of this product is excellent, it blends easily in my skin and almost feels like I have no makeup on. This foundation is amazing for the hot & humid weather, as it goes and stays matte. I have worn this foundation for easily 8 hours and faced no issue with it expect for light shine on my t-zone which can easily be handled with a compact powder. Another thing I would like to mention is that this foundation didn’t break me out plus the added SPF 20 is like cherry on top.
The Revlon Nearly Naked Powder comes in a long white case with a mirror & small sponge applicator. The applicator is good when you’re on the go and need to touch up your face. Like the foundation these too come in 3 shades. The shade I am using is “Medium/Deep”, which is the darkest shade that they have available. The texture of this product is light and provides a sheer coverage. This powder is best to set your foundation. For the product I think this powder is a little over priced.
Over all I am very happy with the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation and would recommend it to you guys, as for the powder you can try it out at the Revlon counter and see how it works out for you.
