I haven’t been posting much, wish I had a good excuse but to be true I really don’t. I guess it’s just one of those days when my mind goes completely blank or I’m just Plain Lazy. It would be really helpful if you all can suggest me some post Ideas in the comment to get me started again.
In the last 2 Years I’ve tried a ton of products! No kidding. Some I liked some I Didn’t. These are current the makeup products that I’ve been loving.
| Maybelline Clear Glow BB Stick |
1. Base (Foundation, Concealer, and BB Stick) : I don’t use foundation or a concealer, mainly because I don’t feel my skin needs it. I once got sucked into buying a foundation and it turned out 3 shades lighter than my skin tone and from that incident onward I’m kind of scared to go buy new one. I have used most of the BB creams available in the market and Maybelline Clear Glow BB Stick is by far my favourite. The coverage is amazing and I think it has higher coverage than most BB creams I have tried; But It has its own cons. I don’t use it all over my face but use it as a concealer its stays put for a long time but it creases very easily and settles in fine lines. But I still use it anyways. (High time to invest in a good concealer, any suggestions??)

2. Powder: So many people have raved about this Rimmel London Stay Matte Powder and I can’t agree with them more. It’s the best powder you can find in this price range. Very affordable and does what it says! As you can see by the condition of my powder it’s been used really well. I highly recommend it.

3. Blushes: I have 2 blushes to share with you guys.
1- When it comes to makeup, I am more of a matte lover so I usually don’t reach out for shimmery products, The Lakme Absolute Baked Blush in Day Blushes is recently added to my makeup stash and I’m so glad I found it. Even though it has shimmer its very fine and Looks lovely on your face, Sort of like your glowing from within. The staying power is 2-3 hours and I feel this shade will suit everyone 😀
2- I have endlessly raved about this Rimmel London Blush in Spring Flower on my blog. I’ve been using it for almost a year. Its pigmented, last for a good 4 hours. I carry this baby with me everywhere, and have suggested it to anyone and everyone who is looking for a good blush.

| Lakme Eyeconic Kajal & Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eye Pen |
4. Eye Products :
Kajal – I was using the Maybelline Colossal Kajal for a good one year and by fluke I ended up buying Lakme Eyeconic Kajal one instead and from that day onwards I have repurchased it over and over again. It is the best Kajal available in the market. Smudge free, budge free, creamy and stays for a long long time.
Liner – If you ever meet me I’ll always have my cat eyes on, I guess it sort of has become my trade mark. I love it, I’ve tied 7-8 different Liners and this Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eye Pen is by far the best. It made drawing my cat eyes so easy and unlike most liner it dries matte and stay put all day long, no jokes 😀

5. Eyeshadow: I’m not an eyeshadow person but Thanks to my Lovely Bf for gifting me Urban Decay’s Naked 2 Palette. I’m in love with this palette. You can do endless looks with this. It has a good combo of matte and shimmery eyeshadow’s. If I have to spend the rest of my like with only one palette then this Baby is coming with me! I use Foxy for highlighting, YDK for my inner corners, Tease to contour my nose and Blackout to fill in my eyebrows!

| Clinique High Impact mascara & L’Oreal Paris Volume Million Lashes |
6. Mascara :
1 – I was recently gifted this Clinique High Impact mascara by my lovely friend Anuja, I want to thank her because if not for her I would have never even thought of trying it out. This is my go to mascara now. It lengthens and volumizes and doesn’t clump at all. Really loving this 😀
2- I’ve talked about L’Oreal Paris Volume Million Lashes in the past, this is my second tube and it gives the same result as the Clinique high impact mascara but somehow I feel that’s a slightly better version of this.

7. Lipstick: Every girl should own 5 lipsticks – Nude, Fuchsia, Red, Coral & Pink. I love love love Bright lips and most of the time I’m sporting a red lip on.
For Nudes my favourite is Lakme 9 to 5 in Mauve Paced, This is the perfect nude shade for me i.e. doesn’t make me look like a dead corpse. The pigmentation is excellent and the finish is creamy matte, if that makes sense.
For Fuchsia my favourite is Nyx lip cream in Addis Ababa. This hot pink lipstick (The picture is not doing this shade any justice) is my go to. I stain my lipstick for that slight pink tint or go all out depending on my mood. Love it!
For Reds my favourite is Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Love that red. This decision was so tough! I have ton of red lipsticks and I love my reds. Just like the cat eye I sport my red lip on with no shame. This one has a slight cherry like tint and looks like a bomb. Whenever I wear this lipstick I feel instantly sexy 😀

8. Other Lip Products :
Lip gloss – If you’ve been reading my blog for a while you know I’m not a fan of Lip Glosses. I hate the fact that my hair just sticks to my lips half the time. I tried using gloss but hate the way it felt on my lips and how while talking sometime my lips sticks together. Ugggghh!! For those days when I feel like apply lip gloss I reach out for Inglot Sleek Lip Gloss in 29A. This lip gloss is really amazing because my hair doesn’t stick to it and it clear so that way I can pair it with any lip colour I want. Stays on for quite some time as compared to other lip glosses. Doesn’t feel heavy, and makes your lips look plump!
Lip liner – We all know how we should not wear red lipsticks without lip liner, as I wear red lipsticks so often I thought of investing in a good lip liner. Max Factor Colour Elixir Lip Liner in Red Rush is just superb! There are so many times when I wear this alone on my lips. This liner stays put come rain or shine. Not just that this single pencil will last you forever 😀
