Goodbye & Hello.

Every new year brings us the opportunity to start fresh, a clean slate. This year in particular is all about new beginning for me, not just when it comes to my blog but as a person too (Sounds quite drastic, doesn’t it.) I have been blogging for almost 4 years now and in the beginning of each year I do a series of posts, my yearly favourites, fashion recaps, resolution etc. This year due to a lot of reason I couldn’t do the same. I honestly have been meaning to have this conversation with you all since a long time now and don’t know where to begin. How about I start with an apology? If you wonder what for, well for various reasons, be it not posting often to not posting a lot of personal content like how I used to. It might sound sappy but you do mean a lot to me, I am so emotional right now and my thoughts are all over the place, please forgive me. I will try to jot down my musings and make it easier for you to understand what I am trying to say. Where I stand today, none of this would have happened without you. All of you who come, read what I have to say and motivate me by all your positive feedback. I will forever be grateful. The fact that you choose to spare those few minutes of your life on me, on my blog, means the world to me.

I started Little Miss Sinner in the start of 2012 just on a whim to share what’s on my ever so cluttered mind. Never did I imagine it to be what it is today, but as my blog grew I felt more and more distant with the name and towards the end it didn’t feel like my own. For the longest time I wanted to change the URL, make changes, but I was so scared. I took 2016 as my chance to redo, renew and refresh, here I present you ShanayaS.co same same but different. I have grown as a person and want my blog to be a reflection of me. I take this opportunity to be better and to do better. Henceforth I will try and give you the best that I can, blog more often and do more of what you would like.

I want to take this moment and thank the one person without whom none of this would have been possible. Magali Vaz, I am truly grateful to have you in my life. She spend countless hours, keeping her work aside to build this website with me, whether it was to find HTML coding at 4 am in the morning or to find the particular font that I was looking for, Nothing, I mean nothing would have been possible without her. From my blog url, email ID, the way it looks and feels this woman has done everything that you see here today. I honestly have no clue what I would do without her.

Here’s to new beginnings, all bright and squeaky clean. Hope you all like the new blog, I would love to hear your feedback and if you want me to make any changes. Also with this new year, please take the plunge and do things that you wanted to do but didn’t. Before I go, once again, Thank you.
