Winter has arrived and along with cozy sweater and hot chocolate it brings us dry, irritated skin. To combat the latter I OD on all things moisturizing and nourishing. Let’s be real December is also the time when we clad in our dresses as we head to attend the Christmas and NYE parties and ain’t nobody gonna spot me with dry flaky skin. When it comes to skincare I prefer using Natural/Herbal products and Himalaya is one such brand that we all use and love. I like that their products are cruelty free and affordable. Himalaya Revitalizing Night Cream

During winter it’s important to add a hydrating night cream to your skin care regime. This Revitalizing night cream by Himalaya has the goodness of White Lily and Tomato. White Lily is rich in antioxidants and helps neutralize free radicals in your skin and repair daily damage and Tomato which is high in AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) helps with cell renewal. This thick cream feels luxurious on the skin and absorbs instantly. I like how my face feels soft and supple the next morning.
Himalaya Natural Soft Vanilla Lip Care
Price: Rs.125 – Net Content: 4.5 g – Shelf life: 12 Months
The Himalaya Natural Soft Lip Care is free from preservatives, petroleum jelly, mineral oil and silicone. They also don’t add any additional colour to the product. This lip balm is enriched with Vitamin E, Vanilla Oil and Castor Oil which helps dry chapped lips. With a gummy bear like fragrance this thick balm last a good 2-3 hours on my lips. After using this product for a good month I have noticed that it made my lips significantly softer and smoother.
Himalaya Cocoa Butter Intensive Body Lotion

I don’t know where to start with this product; I have used the Himalaya Cocoa Butter Body Lotion for more than 2 years now and I love it. I have gone through more than 10-12 bottles of this and I know I’ll always repurchase this body lotion along with their Neem purifying face pack (You can watch my previous skin care routine here.) I like that even thought its super moisturizing it doesn’t leave behind a greasy film on my skin. This lotion has a yummy coco-nutty fragrance which always reminds me of the beach. Its enriched with the goodness of Cocoa Butter and Wheat Germ Oil which heals the skin, prevents dryness and boosts skin elasticity. I highly recommend you to try this product.
Himalaya Winter Defense Moisturizing Cream
Price: Rs.125 – Net Content: 100 ml – Shelf life: 6 Months
I use the Himalaya Winter Defense Cream on the areas which requires a little more love and care. I massage this rich thick cream on my feet, hands, elbows and knees at night. It instantly makes my skin appear nourished and takes away the flakiness. With key ingredients like Jojoba Oil, Wheat Germ and Almond Oil it repairs, protects and deeply moisturizes my skin. I also love applying it all over my legs when I’m wearing dress as it gives a nice shine and makes it look smooth and soft.
