What are your options when you are stuck in the middle of a traffic jam? You can look outside, curse your life and still remain stuck. Or you can enjoy your favorite show and step out of your vehicle with a refreshed version of yourself.
Streaming shows on the phone is also a great way to kill time when I have a break between shoots. After catching an episode or two of the show I am following, I am ready to swing back into work with a refreshed mind.

Coming to my favorite shows, I would like to share with you all three of my favorites on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and HOOQ:
Stranger Things (Netflix):
This show is filled with so much thrilling intrigue! Though the show is placed in an earlier time period, the storyline has simply lured me in. The mix of a thrilling investigative drama and supernatural elements in the town of Hawkins has been so well presented. No wonder the show has been a buzzing topic of conversation in my friend’s circle. I have been religiously following this show ever since the first season came out.
The Marvelous Mrs.Maisel (Amazon Prime Video):
Still thankful for that random browsing session on a lazy Sunday afternoon when I watched the first episode of Marvelous Mrs.Maisel on Amazon Prime Video. Rachel Brosnahan has portrayed the character of Mrs.Maisel so well! The audacious lady from a couple of decades ago seems to leap out of the screen. Mrs.Maisel’s journey from being a housewife to finding her call as a stand-up comedian is magnificent. I would definitely recommend this show if you love meaningful humour and an evolving character arc.
Big Bang Theory (HOOQ):
Though I was previously familiar with the show, I didn’t get around to watching it until very recently. After watching a few episodes, I understood why the show has so many fans. With an interesting mix of characters and their even more entertaining antics, the show is so hilarious! The fact that the show has completed 12 seasons doesn’t really come as a surprise to me. I once found myself laughing uncontrollably in the middle of a cafe, all thanks to this show. Good times!
