It has been more than 6 months since I did my last Hair Care Post. If you haven’t read that yet I would suggest reading that post first before reading this.  A  Few products have changed so here is my updated hair care routine.
Parachute Coconut Oil, Soul Flower Castor Oil & Rosemary Essential Oil.
Prep:
I cannot describe how important this step is; by following this regimen regularly I have noticed my hair getting a lot healthier. I take one part castor oil (Its very thick if you apply it on its own) two parts coconut oil and apply it to the tips of my hair then I add few drops of rosemary oil to whatever mixture that’s left and give myself a good champi. I usually keep it for few hours before washing my hair.

Toni & Guy Shampoo for Advanced Detox & Matrix Biolage Deep Soothing Shampoo.

Cleanse:
I shampoo my hair twice, I start with mixing one part shampoo and two part water and then for the first wash I focus. It on my roots and do the usual then I follow the same water shampoo mixture and this time I apply it to my entire hair.
Toni & Guy Conditioner for Dry Hair & Tresemme Smooth & Shine Conditioner.
Nourish:
It’s very important to use a good moisturizing conditioner after washing your hair. Make sure
you apply it on the tip of your hair and then more upward till your mid lengths(If you take it closer to the roots it will make your hair greasy.)
Toni & Guy Shine Gloss Serum & Soul Flower Jojoba Oil.

After care:
When my hair is semi dry I apply a drops (Yup that’s all I need for my Hair length)of either serum or oil on the ends of my hair. Doing this step has really helped keep the split ends at bay leading to hair growth. Do you have any tips or products suggestions, I would love to hear it.
