I haven’t been feeling well since last 2 days and was wondering what to post on as I couldn’t really move much
from my bed and then *Light Bulb* Hey ! I should make a post on all the essentials when I’m not feeling well and as it turns out I really enjoyed doing this post and I’m glad due to my resolution I’m really experimenting with posts. I have a few good ideas to work on for the future posts and I’m really excited for you all to see. It would be great if you all could let me know if you want me to do any specific kind of post or if you have any requests.
Moving on:
My bed side essentials when I’m not feeling well:
1.Water: Especially when you are not well you need to have as much water as you can. Keeping a bottle nearby will keep you from getting dehydrated.
2. A good book: It is a must have always. Lying on the bed and reading your book, need I say more?
3. Hand creams: Your hands are bound to feel dry and as winter is here slather it on girl!
4.Lip balm: due to clogged nose we are breathing from our mouth which makes our lips dry so a good lip balm is indeed essential.
My beauty essentials when I’m not feeling well:
There might be days when you will have to leave the house and instead of looking like a zombie it’s good to a bit presentable.
How I like to do it is:
1. Apply my Maybelline BB stick under my eyes
2. A coat or two of L’Oreal Volume million mascara
3. Revlon Baby Stick on my cheeks (Absolutely loving this cream blush, it gives such a natural flush)
4. Vaseline Tinted lip balm
Other essentials:
With
winter and us not being well we are going to deal with dry skin especially around our eyes and nose (since we will be blowing it so often) so it is important to keep your skin nice and moisturized. I like to apply the eye cream around the nose and it works like wonders.
I love having tea, More than the taste its the entire experience from choosing the mug to drinking it as you do your thing. I never used to be so fanatic about Tea’s (was more of a coffee person). Have tea without milk and add in a spoon full of honey or brown sugar. If you feel your tea is tasting slightly bitter that means you have brewed it for way to long. With green tea I like to brew it no more than 2 min. This one from Organic India is really great and as the brand name speaks for itself
its 100% Organic.
Snuggling in a warm comforter watching your favorite movie/ series and having some hot soup! Ahhh. Bliss…
