Happy New Year !! This year instead of  keeping a yearly resolutions I have kept a Monthly to do List. One of my Things To do for this month is “To post If not everyday then at lest every alternate days on my Blog” So drop by often Ill try and greet you with a new post 😀
There are times when you are just not feeling Good, it feels like the end of the world but don’t you worry the time will pass and eventually things or you will get fine. During such moments it is important to stay strong and not lose your cool, by not doing that things will just get worse. So here are a few ways that make me feel better when I’m low.

1. Go for a walk
2. Listen to your favorite music. (Currently Obsessed with Avicii – Wake me up & One Republic – Counting Stars )
3. Call a friend you haven’t spoken to in a long time
4. Tie your hair away from your face in a pony tail and Wash your face.
5. Drink you favorite hot beverage (Mine is Earl Grey tea)
6. Spray on your favorite perfume and take few deep breaths. (Mine is Victoria secret’s wild at heart)
7. Watch a funny movie or series. (Highly suggest Modern Family & TBBT)
8. Give yourself an at home pedicure, manicure or facial
9. Sing aloud your favorite songs as loud as you can.
10. Catch up with your best friends.
Bonus : 11. Read a book. (I’m currently reading “The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin” and Its amazing 😀 )

2,3,and 4 is what I do most! You can also just Light a few aroma candles and sit silently in your room with the candles flickering. It's beautiful :). This is waht i do when i need to calm myself down 🙂
